Who are your coaching clients?

I work with coaching clients who are local to Torrance or online. My clients are ambitious people with strong work ethics who often overthink and need to master their inner and outer connections so that they can work with clarity and confidence and make an impact. 

This will be an opportunity for me to learn more about you, hear your goals, what’s been challenging, and tell you a little bit about coaching.

During your session, we can work on a variety of issues, ranging from personal to business. Our coaching contract can be hourly to anywhere from 3 to 12 months. 

Our meeting might be your first time working with a coach, and that's okay. I am here to help you along the way. Remember, if you feel too overwhelmed at any point, we can pause or stop coaching. Discomfort from coaching clients is expected, but not when it's unmanageable. 

The fact that you are reading this means that you connect with this question in some way. You are not alone. Clients sometimes come in skeptical. I work to earn your trust, and most of the time, clients realize their trust tolerance comes from their past. Coaching has been a healing experience for most of my clients. Remember, you are unique, and it is all okay. I have worked with many different emotions at different levels of intensity.
