The Orientation Call is a brief, structured conversation to understand what you’re navigating and determine whether working together may be a fit.

This call is not a coaching session, therapy, or problem-solving conversation. No advice or recommendations are provided.

If it appears to be a fit, next steps and available options will be outlined clearly.

Therapy focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions and is often covered by insurance. Coaching is future-focused and designed to strengthen clarity, confidence, emotional regulation, and decision-making in real-world leadership and life situations.

My coaching is priced at $200/hour, which reflects advanced training (PhD in Business Psychology, ICF PCC certification), leadership expertise, and a results-driven approach. Clients choose coaching when they want measurable progress in how they think, lead, and act — not clinical treatment.

Coaching is available as single sessions or structured engagements, depending on your goals.

• 1:1 Coaching Sessions: $200 per 60-minute session
• Short-Term Focused Work: 3-session packages designed to restore clarity and momentum
• Ongoing Coaching: 3–12 month engagements for leaders who want sustained growth under pressure
   

We’ll discuss appropriate structure after the Orientation Call, if it’s a fit. 

Expect a collaborative, action-oriented process to tackle leadership challenges. Using my  using my 3Cs Master Framework™ (Courage, Clarity, Coaching) and methods like motivational interviewing or somatic techniques, we’ll create actionable plans. My rate of $200/hour reflects PCC-level training, a psychology-based approach, and extensive leadership experience — while remaining accessible compared to many executive coaches in the region.
