Sliding Scale Coaching Policy

A limited number of sliding scale coaching arrangements are available to support access while maintaining a sustainable practice.

Sliding scale arrangements are temporary, income-based adjustments to the standard coaching rate.

They are offered selectively and reviewed periodically.

This policy applies to clients in Torrance and to online engagements.

Sliding scale arrangements:

• are time-limited

• require consistent engagement

• follow the same professional standards as all coaching work

They are not:

• open-ended pricing arrangements

• crisis or emergency support

• a substitute for therapy, medical, or financial services

Sliding scale consideration may be appropriate in cases of:

• temporary financial constraint

• unemployment or underemployment

• student status

• significant short-term financial burden

Eligibility is assessed holistically and at the discretion of Coaching360x.

Availability may vary based on capacity and is reviewed periodically.
