A focused, time-bound engagement for leaders who need to stabilize their judgment, reduce cognitive load, and make decisions they can stand behind—especially when clarity does not arrive easily.
This engagement is designed for leaders who:

- Feel mental clarity eroding under sustained pressure
- Notice overthinking, hesitation, or decision fatigue
- Need steadiness and orientation more than reassurance

- 8–10 weeks
- 1:1 sessions (weekly or biweekly)

No fee
A brief conversation to determine whether the Clarity Under Pressure Engagement is the right container for the work you’re facing.
This is not a coaching session.
It is an alignment conversation.
If we agree the engagement is appropriate, we discuss next steps.
If not, there is no pressure to proceed.

Ongoing 1:1 Coaching
$200 per session
Hourly sessions are available after an initial engagement, or by mutual agreement when short-term containment or follow-up support is appropriate once context has been established.
This format is best suited for:
- Leaders continuing work after the Clarity Under Pressure engagement
- Periodic stabilization during acute moments
- Focused conversations where shared context already exists
Hourly coaching is not designed to replace the clarity, containment, and orientation provided by the core engagement.

It is not a framework, playbook, or set of techniques to apply.
The book explores judgment, containment, and responsibility under strain—particularly when decisions do not resolve cleanly and their effects extend beyond work and into people’s lives.
It is designed to be read slowly and returned to often, serving as orientation rather than instruction.
