STEPS TO YOUR VISION

I’m a Business Psychologist and ICF-certified coach based in Torrance, California, dedicated to helping executives and leaders across industries unlock their potential. As a first-generation college student, I overcame significant challenges—my parents completed only sixth grade—to earn my Bachelor of Science in Mental Health and a psychology minor in 2011, my Master of Science in Human Resource Management in 2019, and begin my PhD in Business Psychology in 2020. My journey was shaped by resilience and authenticity, fueled by a passion to guide others to where they want to be.

My path wasn’t easy. After working 80-hour weeks post-college, I served in the Army from 2013 to 2018, where I learned discipline and adaptability. During my undergrad, I facilitated group discussions on character and conflict, creating safe spaces for growth that transformed my understanding of myself and others. As a crisis intervention coach, I honed my ability to guide people through challenges, sparking my lifelong commitment to empowering others.

Since 2019, I’ve impacted thousands of military, civilian, and contractor personnel at Tecolote Research, using tools like AFRIMS and MilPDS to streamline operations for the USAF and USSF Space Systems Command. Through Coaching360x, I’ve coached Fortune 500 executives and global leaders, helping them transform challenges into triumphs. One executive boosted team engagement by 30% using my “Steps to Your Vision” framework, a tailored approach that aligns goals with authentic purpose.

Rooted in existential and interpersonal psychology, I believe exceptional leadership starts with understanding your own psychology—the hidden drivers behind your decisions, resilience, and vision. I show up as warm, curious, and authentic, often starting sessions with a reflective pause to help clients connect with their intentions. Clients describe me as a “catalyst for clarity,” with one saying, “Your coaching gave me the confidence to lead authentically.”
